Micro | Hand welding extruder

The BAK Micro extrusion welding machine is a high-performance tool designed for welding PE, PP, PVC, ECTFE, and PVDF with a 4 mm welding rod.
With over 30 years of experience in developing and manufacturing plastic extrusion welders, BAK ensures true German-level quality that complies with DVS standards for all thermoplastic welding applications.

The unit is supplied with two nozzles of your choice. Its temperature-control system includes a built-in low-limit safeguard in the melting chamber, preventing welding at insufficient temperatures.

The BAK Micro provides a welding speed of approximately 1570 cm per minute and is ideal for welding HDPE sheets according to DVS 2212 standards.
Compared to traditional hot-air welding blowers, this extruder produces cleaner, stronger, and significantly faster welds. It is easy to operate and consistently delivers high-quality results.

One of its key advantages is its exceptionally lightweight designmuch lighter than most extruders on the market. The patented thermocouple placement inside the molten material ensures highly accurate temperature control.

The machine features a digital temperature controller for heating the extrudate. The internal sensor located in the melting chamber measures the actual temperature of the molten mass, ensuring it always matches the set value. The system also protects against welding at temperatures that are too low.
