WeldOn and WeldOn S are ultra-light hot air welding tools designed for plastic fabricators who require high precision, easy handling, and low-fatigue performance. They are ideal for in-house fabrication, bench work, and small-to-medium plastic components that demand fine control and accuracy.

The slim, lightweight ergonomic handle allows continuous operation without wrist strain, while the 360° rotatable heater tube provides exceptional flexibility for welding in tight or awkward positions offering superior maneuverability compared to standard tools.

Both models can be operated with an external blower (BAK Air Station) or compressed air, making them suitable for indoor production environments where clean, controlled airflow is essential.
