The RiOn is a professional-grade hot air welding tool engineered by BAK Switzerland for a wide range of thermoplastic welding applications. Designed for durability and precise control, it delivers 1600W of high-performance heating power with adjustable temperatures up to 650°C, supported by built-in overheating and motor protection systems to ensure long service life in demanding field conditions.

With its robust construction and accurate temperature control, the RiOn is ideal for welding materials such as PVC, HDPE, PE, PP, ABS, and various other thermoplastics. It supports multiple welding methods including rod welding, overlap welding, and preheating for plastic bending or forming.
