Why Choose RiOn Digital?RiOn Digital is equipped with a temperature read-out display that shows two temperature values:
- Actual Temperature (real-time measured temperature)
- Set Temperature (preset target temperature)

This allows users to create detailed reports for quality control and project documentation, especially for applications where specific welding temperatures are required.
RiOn Digital features a highly accurate temperature sensing system. Inside the heating element, a Type K thermocouple continuously sends signals to regulate and maintain the temperature according to the set value. Since the heat output of a hot air welder is directly related to the power supply voltage, a voltage drop below 220V will result in lower actual temperature.
With the standard RiOn model, users cannot detect voltage drops or monitor the actual operating temperature. Continuing welding operations under such conditions may negatively affect weld quality without the operator realizing it.
