RION 2 is the latest professional hot air welding tool from BAK Switzerland, developed as the next generation of the popular RION series. It delivers enhanced durability, improved efficiency, and greater user comfort—making it ideal for demanding thermoplastic welding applications.

Designed for professional use, RION 2 is suitable for repair work, fabrication, waterproofing systems, roofing membranes, flooring installations, tank lining, and engineering plastic sheet applications.

With a powerful 1600W output and a temperature range of 20–650°C, the stepless control system allows precise adjustment of both temperature and airflow. It is compatible with a wide range of thermoplastic materials including PVC, HDPE, PE, PP, ABS, and many others.
