PST-100 Spark Tester

The PST-100 Spark Tester provides a quick and cost-effective solution for inspecting thick coatings and linings. It is capable of testing coating thicknesses from 3 mm to 30 mm, making it suitable for a wide range of applications and helping to ensure the integrity of coatings and linings by detecting pinholes, leaks, and other defects.

The output voltage can be adjusted from 10 kV to 55 kV, providing flexibility to meet different testing requirements. The PST-100 is also CE compliant, meeting European safety and performance requirements.

The PST-100 is ideal for inspecting butt-welded and overlap joints and is widely used in the plastics and rubber, petrochemical, and pipeline construction industries.

The standard unit is supplied with a Flexible Probe, allowing convenient inspection of different areas. Insulated Extension Rods and Electrodes are also available separately to meet specific testing requirements.

To maintain a stable output voltage, the use of large electrodes should be avoided. The maximum recommended electrode size is 150 mm.

Carry Case
The PST-100 is available with a black carry case, designed to provide protection and convenient transportation and storage of the Buckleys PST-100 AC Spark Tester.

The kit includes Electrodes, Extension Rods, a Spark Gap Setter, and other accessories, all securely stored in a durable carry case with precision laser-cut foam inserts.
